Each wound was treated three times daily with Aquaphor Healing Ointment, Neosporin, or Polysporin, with one wound left untreated (control). Cerave in the morning and in the evening after washing my face, vaseline in the extra dry spots before bed. I had been using aquaphor, which is amazing stuff, but I had suspected it had been causing CCs on my face so I switched to plain old Vaseline.
